If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your item, we offer:

• A full refund if the order is cancelled before dispatch

• An exchange or store credit (less original and return shipping fees) if cancelled after dispatch

If your item was purchased under a free shipping promotion, the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original packaging and re-saleable condition

• A restocking fee may apply if packaging is missing or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us immediately with images
• If the fault is deemed minor, we will offer a replacement part or remedy
• If deemed a major fault, you may request a full refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law
