Shipping Rates

At Dakshin Sculptures, we aim to deliver your artwork safely and efficiently across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Standard Shipping Rates:

• Free Shipping Promotions may apply on selected items or during promotional periods.
• If free shipping is applied and you later request a return, the original delivery fee (as incurred by us) will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Some large sculptures or fragile pieces require custom delivery quotes, especially for rural or remote locations.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days of purchase.

• Pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive in stock. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.

Delivery Terms

• Deliveries are door-to-door only and occur during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
• For oversized items (over 25kg), you must assist the delivery driver at the delivery location.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• A signature is required unless you provide authority to leave the package unattended.
• If you authorise a delivery without a signature, Dakshin Sculptures is not liable for any loss or damage.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Courier service details
• Expected delivery date

You can track your parcel directly using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home at the time of delivery:

• The courier may leave a card with further instructions.
• Redelivery fees may apply if the courier is unable to complete delivery.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number at info@dakshinsculptures.com

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Australia. For international orders or wholesale export inquiries, please contact us directly.
